Dear TRX are you telling us to just do a press type movement.or are we working a chest press?
1-If we are just doing chest press type movement, where is the opposing forces via the muscle fiber direction?
2-If we are just to think of doing a press the straps are killing my arms, and to close to my body via the anchor point from above.
There is no horizontal shoulder adduction in a TRX press so let’s rule out any chest whatsoever.
Why is this important to understand? Because I am an angry trainer? HA! Yes …just kidding. Its about wasting time, and not getting quality from your workouts. The more I can inform, the better your form.
