Learn Line of resistance CHEST

Here is a sure way to make that your time is not wasted. You know me, half of me laughs, the other feels sorry for the client who was taught the wrong way. While performing a chest press we must keep a few points in mind.

1-We need to learn opposition

2- We need to pick a weight that’s not to demanding.

3- We need to always go to midline, can’t do that with a bar.

4- The cable needs to be in-line with the shoulder joint (See Video)

5- We need to move smooth, controlled, rhythmic without momentum.

6-Never drop your rib cage

7-Act as if your body is standing against a brick wall..elbows cannot exceed that point….(No stretch)
