When we sit down at the bar we must get the order correct! I want you to understand proper anatomical positioning. Those wide bars are producing less production (less stimulus) increasing forces along the elbow, and deregulating the system. (inhibiting the engagement of the back muscle that depress the scapula ie: BACK! So…I will only show you the best position in the video.
