Tricep overhead is not a great environment to stimulate the 3 muscles in the upper arm (triceps) Stay in a safe range that makes anatomical sense. Do you want to listen to gym talk or science? I care about YOU! I don’t care about your trainer, friend, or guru who showed you this…SORRY 🙂
