The smallest and most vulnerable joint in the body! It takes the longest to heal, and hurts the worst. Some of you know what I am talking about…so why don’t we train the region? It’s not glamorous? Here is a tutorial of the best strengthening moves in proper opposition of what muscles need to be addressed. I did not say…GRIP STRENGTH…that is different. I am specifically showing the flexor group and their attachments.
