Side raises for pain free shoulders and major gains

I love to teach you the most optimal way to perform side raises. I know you may not have this machine, however any machine with 2- low pulleys will work! There is a huge delineation between a cable, and a dumbbell. The cable is far superior in regards to putting a constant stimuli in the shoulder girdle region.
