Its fixed and literally sends your body into a disproportionate position. Try to stand in a squat stance..don’t squat…just stand there as if you were going to squat. Now start to squat but only drive your knees forward..yea knees first! The worst position you can be in…that’s what most of these machines do. If you have to use a leg press (and i get it) to avoid some knee pain, and low back pain…Then at least perform it the way I instruct in this segment. Peace!
