Open your chest – correct spine

Pushing away from the wall 30 seconds every hour will reset the spine, and create a stronger foundation. This is one I do at me desk (although I have a standing desk) it makes me feel taller and stronger. I recommend this to wake up, and give you more alertness during the day @ work.
