One way to prevent the knee from caving in is to train your butt. When you hip thrust or extend the glutes it pulls on your upper leg bones which keeps the bone stabile in the hip socket. Do you want stronger knees? Do you want to be pain free in the low back, and hips? Better than that,if we activate the buttesimo it will keep the patella tracking properly during a squat or a jump. That’s the bottom line, keep it well rounded and you will always be grounded. No butts about it!
