Fixed Static Stretch Hamstrings

Pay attention to your posture as your stretching. Once you start to feel the pull. or lengthening STOP! Let your body adjust to that range…breath deep, lengthen your spine as if a string is being pulled from the top of your head. Exhale as you move into a new range along with your awareness of the force tolerance profile (The way it feels) Inhale again, and as you exhale lengthen your spine more as you feel the elongation of the front of your leg. Its not about pulling your toe or ankle…thats stress. Is about the tall posture as you hold your ankle.
