I just find this comical! This is nothing more than a static hold (front raise-with internal rotation) OUCH! This Nascar move is someone’s perception that there magically working the front shoulder. I can say it like this: The subject thinks it’s working the front or anterior shoulder girdle muscles. They soon will develop many tears and inflamed tendons in that region. I have treated many bodybuilders with impingement syndrome from this move.
