Why sit up? Its not a great ab exercise

All to often we see manufactures make a sit -up bench, or a sit up machine. This has no place in our body! Who knows how your spine flexes? We are not all of the same articulating mold. You will not spot reduce by doing 1000 sit-ups per day. There is no “perfect SIT -UP” You have six pack abs, there just covered with a layer of fat, inflammation, and water. Go to out archives and see what exercises you can do for the abs. I will actually post it today as a bonus! I hope your still not a free bronze member?
