Kick it back?

Kick it back into the grave yard! Seriously just take a picture of someone doing a kick-back. Now turn the pic so they standing upright. You will see what I am talking about. The triceps extend the shoulder back. If you do it with a cable, its far more effective and has a scapular benefit as well. Try it! Please 🙂
