Watch the order in which I place these deltoid moves. Granted they are all cable type resistance profiles. I want #Fixmyfitnessclub members to be able to think, and create. I am not talking in this video, just performing the movement pattern flawlessly. 🙂 Yep! Soooo this is a great pattern to follow that will keep you injury free, while training the shoulder girdle musculature.
