One great way to strengthen internal rotators, and hip abductors is the clam shell. Who makes up these names? If you want to train the outside of your butt…this is the baby! In a therapeutic aspect it’s a great lumbopelvic overall conditioner. I will say it this way….as we age we lose not only mobility, but stability of ambulatory connections. This move can keep you young and hip!
