This is one of the best suspension ways to train the anterior shoulder girdle muscles. You may know the term “rear delts” I dislike that term for many reasons. There are so many actions, and muscles involved with this exercise. Every muscle that runs somewhat horizontal or between the shoulder blades is in harmony with all the surrounding muscles.
