Ground Turkey layers

I caramelized some white onions in one pan, squash in another. I used very little olive oil, and a dab of coconut oil. In a skillet I cooked some ground turkey, added sea salt, fresh red pepper flakes, turmeric, and a jar of salsa. In a glass tupperware I layered turkey as my base, onions 2nd layer, and topped with squash. I then sealed the top with the turkey. I then added a bit more salsa on top. After on night in the fridge it cut like lasagna! Yum!
