Hey #Fitnessclubmembers I always come across the wrong way. I am not a bad guy, just misunderstood! The same way Leg lifts feel when you’re lifting your legs with your hands under your butt. Watch this video so you can stop wasting your greatest commodity =TIME. Please emotional attachments to an exercise will only slow down your results. These useless moves have been passed down generation to generation. I hope you agree with me?
