Really who names these exercises? It’s not a good morning to load your lumbar spine. Please understand it’s all based on he said she said. You see a few posts, or a picture in a magazine. The sensation leads you to believe it must be working. Whats working- I equate a good morning to a rookie carpenter driving a nail into a 2×4 and splitting the wood!
