This is a great therapeutic corrective move that challenges the entire kinetic chain. Why? Because you have to keep in that plank position, or neutral posture as you draw back your elbows. This engages the rhomboids, horizontal muscles of the upper & mid back, elongates the chest region at the same time. Cool right? Do this before you leave the gym.
